Day 20: 二十歳になりたくない

I was upset for a lot of today. Any moment that I wasn't playing Dragon Ball Z music I was over-thinking my job situation and how Karen treats me lately. I brought a bag of my stuff home from the office "just in case."

When I was younger things were a lot easier. I hadn't thought they were at the time--I'd thought being a teenager was possibly the worst thing on earth. But that was just because I had yet to experience what it was like to be a lonely, unsure adult.

Today was the "Scanning Kick-Off Day" at work so they had a bunch of food in the break room. The fruit was good, and the banana bread. The bagel, however, was way too salty. Ick.

Day 16: Starting a new life.

As for water colors, I'm very out of practice.

Day 15: Cats and Cat Things

Cat book ends, cat pictures, cat stuffed toys, and cat stories.

Day 14: I could have died tonight.

It's currently raining outside--the red sort of rain that happens right before sunset when the sun is low in the sky and barely filtering through the clouds. It smells like summer.

Day 13: Fatshionista

Sometimes I think I have the most amazing fashion sense in the world.

Day 12: There's a ghost in me.

For some reason, I think I just really really like taking pictures of the sky.

Day 11: omg shoez

Blue, pink, orange and yellow polka-dot wedge heals.

They're pretty uncomfortable, but they were cheap so it's not like I bought $80 shoes that I have to suffer through wearing all the time to get my money's worth. Just, now I have a pair of shoes that are more summer-y so I can wear them with my brighter clothing.

Home today. I'm fine, but my mom isn't. Steph will be driving her down to urgent care at some point soon, I believe.

At the moment I have this face cleanser on that makes my skin feel like it's made out of stone. Like if I were to smile, my head would shatter into a million pieces. It's kind of crazy. And uncomfortable.

Day 4: Sleeping at the Office

Today, some things were fixed, some things felt like they fell apart, I drank lots of tea, ate cupcakes, and watched the best Gossip Girl episode of the season. I don't think I've ever been so ecstatic about a character coming out of the closet before in my life.

Day 3: Work

The view from the parking ramp we use every day on the way home from work. It was truly a glorious site today. Work felt like it lasted days over a year.
